About Us

Face Autism, Inc., was created to provide funding for Autism/ASD screenings and therapeutic services and other necessary resources for children with autism. As a not for profit organization, Face Autism, Inc., is committed solely to providing these services to families through community outreach and fundraising efforts.

President and Founder

Ms. Colleen Buccieri, a former educator and currently a Business Consultant for Hewlett Packard, founded Face Autism, Inc., to help schools and families find solutions to the oftentimes overwhelming needs associated with children with autism. As an involved godmother of a child with autism, Ms. Buccieri knows firsthand the emotional and financial struggles families face when dealing with a diagnosis of autism and is dedicated to providing new opportunities and hope to these families of children with autism.

Vice President

Yvonne Soriano is a mother of a child diagnosed with autism. She and her husband have dedicated themselves to providing their son with the best possible care available. As an active member of the local autism community, she experiences the trials and tribulations of treatments and witnesses the limited resources currently available. Ms. Soriano is dedicated to making a difference in the autism community and to helping other families like hers who struggle with the day to day challenges of raising a child with autism.

Director of Public Relations

Alma Hudson is a mother and grandmother with a passion for helping improve the lives of children with autism. As a native Sarasotan, she has a large influential network among the local business community and has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Ms. Hudson is committed to Face Autism, Inc.'s mission of providing financial assistance to families with children with autism, so they can create the necessary resources for the proper nurturing and development of their child. She shares the vision that someday all children with this disorder will have access to every treatment possible.
