A SPECIAL THANK YOU

Face Autism, would like to thank the Sarasota Film Society especially Burns Court Director of Development and Operations Tim Calandra.  We thank him and his staff, for hosting movie day for children with autism.  It was FABULOUS!  The parents and children were so relaxed. 

Every parent was so appreciative and expressed it was a first for many of their children (going to the movies) because they either had to leave other theaters in the middle of the movie because it was too loud, dark, or they were getting funny looks.  At this movie, they were able to enjoy the movie at a lower noise level and the children felt more comfortable with the lights up a little. 

Once again Face Autism would like to thank Burns Court for giving children with autism a chance to go to a movie theater and enjoy a movie on the big screen.
